Terms of use
Updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover the Digital Eatery website, the lifetime offline POS licence, and the reservation checkout. Digital Eatery is operated by Abhishek Singh, an individual based in India.
The product
Digital Eatery sells a one-time lifetime licence to an offline restaurant POS: billing, kitchen orders, menu and inventory on the machine in the outlet. The launch price is ₹9,000 (USD 150). That price is held for the first 100 restaurants and may go up after.
The lifetime deal is the same lifetime licence at USD 119 one-time. The regular one-time price is USD 150. It is not a subscription.
A founding reservation is ₹1,000 today plus ₹5,000 on 17 October 2026, which is ₹6,000 in total. The deposit counts toward the licence. The discount is tied to the email used at checkout.
The free web version is available after launch on 17 October 2026. The lifetime licence is for the offline POS. This is not a subscription and there is no renewal fee for that licence.
Checkout
Reservation payments are taken by Dodo Payments. Digital Eatery does not store card numbers. The price shown at checkout, including tax, is the price you pay for that step.
Refunds
The ₹1,000 pre-registration deposit is non-refundable. You can transfer the reservation to another person, who takes it over. Write to us to move it. Any payment between the two of you is settled by your own mutual agreement.
Once the lifetime licence is delivered, there are no refunds, except where required by law. That same rule covers the lifetime deal: once that licence is delivered, there are no refunds, except where required by law.
Using the software
The licence is for the restaurant that buys it. You may not resell the software, rent it out, or present it as your own product. You are responsible for the menu, prices, tax and customer data you put into it.
Do not misuse the site or the product: no attempts to break into it, disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
The website
Launch dates, prices and feature descriptions on the site are what we are offering at the time you read them. We can update the site, these terms and the product. The date at the top of this page is the version in force. If you already paid for a licence, a later change to the public price does not raise what you owe for that licence.
Liability
The software is provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for lost profit, lost orders, or problems caused by your hardware, power, or internet, beyond what Indian law does not allow us to exclude.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
