Digital Eatery is operated by Abhishek Singh, an individual based in India. The contact address and email are at the top of this page.

Waitlist. If you join, we store the email address, the Instagram handle, or both, in our database, with the time you joined. You can submit either one.

Reservation checkout. The payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card number. When a payment succeeds, Dodo tells our server the customer email on that payment. We use that email to tie the founding discount to the reservation. A hashed copy of the email may be sent to Meta so the purchase can be measured. See the cookies page for the Meta pixel in the browser.

Technical data. Google Analytics (measurement ID G-5D8MR56JEN) and a Meta pixel load only after you accept cookies. If you reject, they stay off. When they run, those tools receive standard browser data such as pages viewed, a rough location derived from the IP address, and the device or browser type. We do not ask you to create an account to read the marketing site.

To send launch updates, apply the founding discount, deliver the licence you paid for, support that licence, and understand which pages are used. We do not sell personal information.

Meta, via the pixel in the browser, only if you accept cookies. When you join the waitlist or a payment succeeds, our server may also send Meta a conversion event. That event can include a hashed email address and a hashed Instagram handle, and it is separate from the browser pixel.

Our database host (Supabase) stores waitlist rows. We do not run a public directory of those addresses.

We keep customer data indefinitely, for as long as we need it to provide the licence and support. There is no fixed deletion period.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion covers the waitlist email, Instagram handle, and reservation email we hold for you. We may keep some records where the law requires it, for example payment and tax records.

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold or to correct it. Cookie measurement is covered on the cookies page: accept turns Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on, and reject keeps them off.

The site is for restaurant operators. It is not aimed at children.
