Billing & checkout: questions owners ask
Does billing work without internet?
Yes. Billing, discounts, vouchers, receipts and settling bills all work offline. Using reward points at the bill needs the internet.
Can I show GST on the receipt?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in store settings and map taxes to dishes. The receipt shows the tax breakup and your GSTIN.
Which payment methods can I use?
You set up your own payment methods, such as cash, card, UPI and online. A bill is settled with one payment method.
Can guests pay by scanning the receipt?
Yes. Upload your payment QR in billing settings and it prints on the customer copy as Scan to Pay.
Can I add an item that is not on the menu?
Yes. Add a temporary item with any name, price and quantity at checkout.
