Do you take a commission on online orders?
No. Online payments go to your own Razorpay account. We take no commission on orders from your website.
Does this connect to Zomato or Swiggy?
No. This is your own ordering website, separate from aggregators.
Can I use my own domain name?
Every store gets yourname.digitaleatery.app. To use your own domain, contact us and we will set it up.
Who delivers the orders?
Your own delivery staff. You set the delivery radius and the fee guests pay.
Do online orders work offline?
No. Guests order over the internet, so the POS needs a connection to receive them. Counter billing still works offline.
