How does voice entry for expenses work?
Press "Speak expenses" and say them naturally, for example "gas cylinder 1100, sabzi 800, parcel box 450". The app lists each one with its amount and a category, and you check before saving. It needs internet.
Do I need to enter stock purchases and salaries again?
No. Purchases from Inventory and advances and salaries from Staff are added to Expenses automatically.
Can I add my own expense categories?
Yes. Add a category with a short hint, and the app will start suggesting it for matching expenses.
Can I see expenses offline?
Yes, you can view them offline. Adding new expenses needs the internet.
