Founder story

A POS built behind a real counter

Digital Eatery isn't built by a software company guessing at restaurants. It's built by someone who runs one.

I'm Abhishek Singh. I've spent seven years in hospitality, and I run Street 17 Cafe in Gorakhpur, a tier-2 city in Uttar Pradesh.

Running a restaurant here teaches you a few things quickly. The internet is not always there when the rush is. Most staff were never trained on technology, and a software that needs a training session will simply not get used. And every monthly subscription is one more bill on a business with thin margins.

Digital Eatery is the system I wanted for my own counter. It keeps billing when the connection drops. It lets a store keeper speak a purchase in Hindi instead of typing it. It shows the cost of every plate, the salary due to every person and the money WhatsApp messages bring back. And you buy the POS once.

If you run a restaurant, cafe, bakery or food truck and want to know if it fits, message me directly. I read every message.

What we believe

Four rules the product follows

Own it, don't rent it

The tool you use every day should be bought once. You pay by use only for the extras that bring in new revenue.

The internet is a bonus

Billing, KOTs and receipts never wait for a connection. Sync happens when it can.

No training sessions

The app is in Hindi and English, and the slowest jobs, purchases, expenses and recipes, can be spoken instead of typed.

Show the money

Every feature should end in a number an owner cares about: food cost, wastage, net salary, extra revenue from returning guests.

Buy your POS once. Spend the savings on your restaurant.

Start free with no card. When you're ready, the offline POS is a one-time ₹10,000 licence that is yours for life.

No card needed · Works without internet · Hindi and English
