Tables & floor plan: questions owners ask
Can I draw my floor plan on a phone?
The floor editor needs a screen at least 700px wide, so use a laptop, desktop or tablet. Staff can use the table view on any device.
Does table management work without internet?
Yes. Assigning, moving and removing items and setting the waiter all work offline.
Can guests order from the table themselves?
Yes, with the live table ordering add-on. Guests scan a QR on the table and their items land on that table in the POS.
What happens to running orders when I change the floor plan?
Saving a new layout clears the items on all tables, so change the plan when the floor is empty.
